49 ltr. K4900 K’VANGUARD top case, made from 30% recycled PP and 70% virgin materials. Equipped with upper insert in Black, also available in Silver or Grey version.
This new blend boasts greater mechanical properties than virgin materials alone.
Fixing system: MONOKEY®
Compatible with all MONOKEY® plates

• The outer structure, which is reinforced by an undercut interior frame on the lid and base, guarantees greater durability.
• Structural version reinforced by the rear hinges, which also act as support to hold the lid open.
• The new positioning of the fixing system, which holds the case further away from the passenger seat, and the more comfortable and supportive back panel both mean more space and comfort for the passenger.
• Can hold two modular helmets.

The K4900 K’VANGUARD top case is entirely MADE IN ITALY
Sturdiness, reliability and excellent load capacity: all this characterises Kappa top cases, the product that has made us famous the World over.
Side cases produced by Kappa are studied in order to obtain optimal integration with the motorbike and the best compromise between load capacity and aerodynamics.
The patented Monokey® system enables the case to be opened and removed from the fixing plate using just one key. Its simplicity, sturdiness and reliability have made it the standard for the motorbike world.
For its cases, KAPPA guarantees a degree of water
resistance equivalent to a heavy rain. In particular,
cases are tested with a special machine that simulates
rain with a flow rate of 20 ltr/min, that is the normative
condition that simulates vertical and lateral rain. The
test examines the case and verifies that it is protected
against water spray from all directions.
The maximum tolerance within which a KAPPA case can
be considered compliant with the regulation is 10cc.
However, under certain conditions of use, water may
penetrate inside the case. Examples of possible
water penetration are: the crossing of large puddles
(especially for side-cases), or very powerful water
sprays, such as washing with a pressure lance.
With regard to the care of your case, KAPPA strongly
advises against the use of pressure lances. The
company also recommends washing cases separately,
after removing them from the motorcycle.
In order to have an optimal level of waterproofing,
KAPPA offers in its catalogue a series of inner bags,
to be purchased separately, which also allow you to
comfortably transport your inner luggage without
having to detach the cases from the motorcycle.
